Exchange and Return Policy

Returns and exchanges can be processed within 30 days of the date your order is shipped. You can exchange your item(s) for a new size or style or you can return your item(s) for store credit. We do not accept returns for refund. All items must be in new condition and must be unworn, unwashed and received in their original packaging. We have the right to refuse the exchange or return if the above conditions are not met.

Once the items are received by Wiscoball, we will process your return for store credit or exchange for an alternative product or size. 

Please note, we will issue one exchange per product, after which the product will no longer be exchangeable.
